Loading Events

Our goal is to work off some excess and shape up.  We will do many rounds on the stairs alternation with fast walking.  We will accommodate different paces with more or less repetitions on the stairs.  Let’s try to go for 45 minutes.  This is not a competition, but rather a time to encourage one another.  Come with a positive attitude and do what you are comfortable with.

Wear good shoes and bring a snack and something to drink. You will likely get warm, so dress in layers.
