

Our goal is to work off some excess and shape up. Â We will do many rounds on the stairs alternation with fast walking. Â We will accommodate different paces with more or less repetitions on the stairs. Â Let’s try to go for 45 minutes. Â This is not a competition, but rather a time to encourage one another. Â Come with a positive attitude and do what you are comfortable with.
Wear good shoes and bring a snack and something to drink. You will likely get warm, so dress in layers.
