TIME – We leave at 7pm SHARP. We will not wait for you.

Please do not RSVP if you have no intention of going.  It is rude to RSVP and not show up.  If you cannot attend, please let us know by sending a quick email to Choquette.karen AT gmail DOT com.

This will be a fast paced workout walk covering between 9 – 10 km with very minimal breaks. We generally stay within the city limits and parks such as Bois de la Cambre, Abbey de la Cambre, Parc Forêt and Parc Duden. We will start at the Avenue Louise Metro stop and return to the same starting location unless otherwise stated.

Our goal is to burn off some calories and have a strong cardio workout. Therefore please be aware that the group will move very fast and we will have hills and many stairs to climb (no running though).  Due to the nature of this group, we do not slow down to accommodate those who cannot keep the pace.  If you join us and then feel that the pace is too fast, you can leave the group and take public transport back to where you need to go.  Please be advised, this activity is not suitable for casual walkers. Don’t forget to bring water and a snack.
