Enrich your cultural intelligence
Expats must be able to adapt quickly to other cultures, to different ways of thinking or behaving. At the same time, they must make decisions in a universe they only just discover themselves, and manage team members with various origins. The risk of misunderstandings, mistakes or failures are high. Marco Hellemans will introduce you to the secrets of Glommunication, a new method to communicate in a global world.
During this workshop you will discover the following:
- how cultures influence behaviours and how globalisation impacts cultures
- how to overcome cultural differences and enrich your communication skills
- how to bridge cultural gaps and develop harmony
- how to avoid the pitfalls of stereotypes
- how to boost your productivity by a quicker understanding of a new cultural environment
- how to be immediately operational & avoid costly mistakes
- how to conduct multicultural negotiations
- how to facilitate internal communication in multicultural teams
