Navigating office politics & interpersonal positioning:
Organizational Intelligence
A guide to less stressful work relationships and more business success

Office politics are likely part of your work environment. Whenever you bring together groups of people, they really are inevitable. Some people love office politics, other people instinctively resist them.

What would it feel like if you could understand office politics and interpersonal positioning better and knew how to manage its components? What if you could have it work in your favor, instead of against you?

In this interactive workshop we’ll show you:

  • Why people play office politics, and the underlying reason behind interpersonal positioning
  • The 3 main motivators and drivers at work, and how they allow you to predict situations
  • Specific examples of how you can have more impact on people around you
  • How you can feel more free from the effects of office politics

Why not acquire some advanced business tools and insights that will give you new perspectives into the workings of organizations, how the various players position themselves, and how you can adapt and respond accordingly for maximum success? When you develop your organizational intelligence, you will find that doors to your success, that once seemed shut, will start to open.
